About Resumeni

A resume rewritten for every job, without losing what makes it yours

Resumeni is an AI resume tailor. You upload the resume you already have, paste the job you want, and it rewrites the resume for that one job: researched for the company, matched to the keywords the hiring software looks for, and returned in your own layout. You review every change before you download.

Why Resumeni exists

Most job applications are screened by an applicant tracking system before a person reads them. The software compares your resume with the job description and ranks you on the overlap. A strong candidate who sends the same resume to every job can rank below a weaker one who used the posting's words.

Tailoring fixes that, but doing it properly takes 20 to 40 minutes per application, so most people stop after the first few. Resumeni does the slow part in about a minute: reading the posting, finding the keywords, researching the company and rewriting the lines that matter. You spend your time on the part only you can do, which is checking that every line is true.

What we believe a good resume tool should do

Your experience, in the employer's words

Resumeni does not invent a new person. It takes the work you have already done and describes it in the vocabulary of the job you are applying for, so the applicant tracking system and the recruiter both see the match.

Every AI line is marked until you confirm it

When the AI adds a line about work you probably did but did not write down, it is marked as an AI suggestion. You confirm it, edit it or remove it before you can download. Nothing goes out under your name that you have not checked.

Your file, your design

The new text is written into your own DOCX or PDF. Fonts, spacing, sections and page count stay as they were, and you download both PDF and DOCX.

Gaps are named, not hidden

If the job asks for a skill you do not have, Resumeni does not claim it for you. It lists the skill under Learning, suggests a free certification with a link we have checked, or proposes a project to build, marked in progress.

What Resumeni changes on your resume

  • Headline and summary, rewritten for the role and the company, using what we found when researching the employer.
  • Experience bullets, reframed around what the posting asks for. The facts stay yours; the emphasis and wording move.
  • Skills, reordered with the posting's must-haves first, in the posting's spelling.
  • Projects and certifications, where a gap is real: a relevant project to build and free certifications only, both marked in progress.

Privacy by default

Your resume and the job description are used only to tailor your resume, and are processed by Google's Gemini AI model to do it. Files are deleted automatically 24 hours after upload, so download what you need before then. We never sell your data. The details are in the Privacy Policy.

Fair, simple pricing

The first check-up is free: your ATS score, the keywords you are missing and three lines rewritten as a sample. A full tailored resume costs $4.99, or less per resume in a pack. It is a one-time payment and nothing renews. See pricing.
