Terms of Service
These are the rules for using Resumeni. They are written to be read, not just agreed to. By creating an account or tailoring a resume you accept them.
What Resumeni does
Resumeni rewrites the content of a resume you upload so that it fits a job description you provide, keeps your layout and fonts, estimates an ATS score, and lets you edit and download the result. Suggestions made by AI are marked as such and are yours to confirm, edit or remove.
Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you. One account per person. You must be 16 or older.
What you may upload
Only your own resume, or one you have permission to use. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or contains other people's private data. We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.
Your responsibility for the result
You are the author of your resume. Review every line before you send it to an employer. Resumeni helps you express your real experience in the job's language; it must not be used to claim experience, qualifications or results you do not have. The ATS score is our own estimate and is not a guarantee from any employer's system.
Free check-up, packs and payment
- Each account gets one free check-up (score, missing keywords and a few rewritten lines).
- Full rewrites and downloads need a pack: 1, 5 or 15 resumes. A pack is a one-time purchase; nothing renews.
- Prices are shown in US dollars. Customers in India are charged the equivalent in rupees at checkout.
- One resume credit covers one job: the full rewrite, unlimited edits, and downloads in both PDF and DOCX for that resume while it is available (24 hours).
- All sales are final: credits are non-refundable, as set out in the Refund Policy. Support is provided through the Contact page, with a reply within 24–48 hours.
Availability and retention
Uploaded files and tailored resumes are deleted 24 hours after upload. Download what you need before then. We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it, and we may change or withdraw features.
Intellectual property
Your resume and its tailored versions belong to you. Resumeni's software, design and brand belong to us. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.
Liability
Resumeni is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, including a job you did not get. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
