Refund Policy
You can check your resume and see sample rewritten lines for free before you pay, so you know exactly what you are buying. Because of that, and because each purchase is delivered instantly as digital credits, all sales are final.
No refunds
Resume credits are non-refundable once purchased. This applies to unused credits, partly used packs, and credits that produced a resume you did not go on to use. Payments are not reversed because you changed your mind, applied elsewhere, edited the resume differently, or did not get the job.
Try before you buy
Every account gets a free check-up: your ATS score, the keywords the job asks for that your resume is missing, and a few lines rewritten as a sample. Please use it to judge the quality before buying a pack.
Something went wrong?
If a rewrite fails, a download does not work, or a file we return is broken, we will put it right. Tell us through the Contact page with the role and company you tailored the resume for, and we will fix the resume or restore the credit.
Support
We provide support only through the Contact page. Submit your query there and you will receive a response within 24–48 hours. Please write from the email address on your account so we can find your purchase.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, we may suspend the account while the dispute is reviewed. Please reach out to us first; most problems can be solved in a single reply.
